Comparte lo que puedas compartir, comparte Luz y amor, sobretodo asegúrate de compartir esperanza.
Revisa e infórmate, actúa, pon tu grano de arena.
Luego aprende a dejar ir las emociones que no son tuyas y transforma esa energía.
Asegúrate de recordar que no eres la culpable y tu vecino tampoco aunque no estéis de acuerdo.
Recuerda conectar con quien eres TU realmente por encima de todo lo que pasa.
Recuerda caminar descalza por la tierra y también recuerda llorar.
Abrázate y deja que te abracen, siente todo y con todo, me refiero a Todo lo bueno que también existe, llama a esa luz que nos sustenta.
No dejes que te trague la desesperanza.
Mira todo lo que no es dinero ni política.
No olvides, pero también recuerda que existe amor.
Haz lo que debas y lo que este de tu mano.
Y luego déjate reposar.
Déjate reposar en la hierba, la arena o la tierra.
Sumérgete en el mar.
Deja que la lluvia haga su trabajo y te reajuste.
La energía revuelta y enturbiada no ayudará nada mas que añadir mas leña al fuego.
Limpia tu energía y haz lo que puedas, desde tu fuerza, desde el amor.
Y luego descansa, por quien no puede hacerlo, para que algún día puedan descansar también.

Then let go of emotions that are not yours and transform that energy.
Make sure you remember that you are not to blame and neither is your neighbor even if you don't agree.
Remember to connect with who YOU really are above everything that happens.
Then remember put your feet on the earth and also remember crying.
Hug yourself and let people hug you, feel everything and with everything, I mean everything good that also exists, call on that light that sustains us.
Don't let hopelessness swallow you up.
Look at everything that is not money or politics.
Don't forget, but also remember that love exists.
Do what you must and what is in your power.
And then let it rest.
Let it rest on the grass, sand or dirt.
Dive into the sea.
Let the rain do what it know how to do and reset you.
Heavy energy will do nothing more than add fuel to the fire.
Clean your energy and do what you can, from your strength, from love.
And then rest, for those who cannot do so, so that one day they can rest too.
